Vero Beach

Incorporated in 1919 as the City of Vero Beach, this part of Indian River County once belonged to our southern neighbor St. Lucie County. Vero Beach has two large shopping malls and is home to the general aviation manufacturer Piper Aircraft. Three main beaches are lifeguard protected from 9AM – 5PM and there are 26 MILES of oceanfront shore. Disney also has an oceanfront vacation resort for those who want a family vacation!

Vero Beach also has public access trails, is home is multiple identified shipwrecks, and is a hub for boating, fishing, skiing and other on-the-water activities.
